It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon in Sligo, Castle Dargan Hotel was buzzing in anticipation for the arrival of the bride and groom. As I sang ‘Songbird’, Jennifer walked up the aisle accompanied by her father and son. It was a very emotional moment.
Before the big day, I met the couple to discuss what wedding music was special to them. During the spiritual ceremony Jennifer had requested that I sing one of their personal favourites ‘Have I told you lately’ a classic Rod Stewart song. Accompanied by Donal Gray on keyboard the couple danced out to ‘Ain’t Nobody’. It was an absolute honour to be their wedding singer and share their special day.
